Course Description:
For students seeking to fill a second course in the general education biological science requirement, or students that need a 3 credit course for paramedics that covers anatomy and physiology of the human. Designed for students not majoring in a biological science area. This course will stress general structure and function of the human body including tissues, organs and systems. Through lecture, videos, models, quizzes, and tests, students become familiar with how the human body functions. Successful completion of this course enables students to identify many body parts and describe many body functions.
